Ok, well this isnt really a theory, but i was just thinking...
Maybe the noobs i play with dont know what good hands are, so when i read them, and they have shaking hands with two pair, i lay down my 3 of a kind figuring im up against a straight. And then when i have monsters, they just outdraw them. So either way i am losing..
so could this be the prob, when i read them, i read correctly, but it turns out wrong because they THINK they have a good hand, or THINK they are bluffing majorly, but they aren't?

Don't ever take one tell as a sign of action, My hands shake for about 10 minutes after dragging a monster pot in a live game, but they never shake during the hand.
Maybe he was cold.
And on the thought, unless he went allin on a 4 to a straight or flush board, I'm probably gonna Re-Raise allin myself on 3 kings.

What game are you playing? Stakes? Stacks? Blinds?

Blinds, no limit holdem
It is just tourney play, 20 dollar buy in, blinds go up every 15 minutes, doesnt matter the stack size, i just keep being outdrawn, or getting bad reads

SnGs are high variance. Without specific examples can't say much more than that...

It might just be that they are to new to have developed habits. You might think this is a dumb theory but as i play more i find i decelope more habits like how much i raise with what hands. One time i realized whenever i had a good hand i would keep my hands over my cards on the table, fortuenetly no-one else noticed and now i've stopped but i know i didnt do that when i started either.

Yea well a lot of times, weaker players show these tells and it helps, I had one guy ranking his hands by the chip value he was betting, if he had a strong hand he would bet the highest chip value, if he had a mediocre hand it would be a small value.
