I just cashed out of pp gonna start taking advantage of bonus's..

but whenever I log into netteller it just has deposit options and i can't check on my account balance. is that just because the funds haven't transfered yet or what?

its my first cashout and i did it about 5 hours ago..

Yes, I believe you have to make a deposit before you can view your balance. Sometimes it takes longer than 5 hours to cashout.

Sometimes it can take a while to cash out, some of mine have taken 3 days.

Ender, you will need to call them. If your first deposit is not from a Credit Card or from your bank, you will not get off that page. It only takes a moment, and they were very helpful.
