Hero bets $1, UTG+1 calls $1, MP1 calls $1

Turn: ($4.87) K (3 players)
Hero checks, UTG+1 bets $2, MP1 calls $2, Hero calls $2

Maybe I should've dumped on teh turn but I'm always OOP with TPGK, should I even bother leading or is this a fold preflop??

I think so ya. I probs wouldn't even raise AJ UTG at teh full ring, even when it's sooted.

If I call this RR and there isn't a FD/2pair on the flop, I insta-fold. That being said, I don't call this 3bet.

if you call the 3b you must go all in as fast as possible after flopping top pair
your SPR is 3 bet the flop and shove the turn

but this is why you should not call the 3b since it will force you to stack off against AQ/AK
