Reposted from elsewhere..

I'm aware from reading you guys posts that many of you are big time multitablers. I'm wondering what you do about reads since obviously can't keep up with the goings on at individual tables if you have 16 open at a time. Do you just use tracking software to give you approximate reads on players? If so what do you use and is there any software that is effective in this purpose for SnGs? Or is it recommended to only multitable at the number of tables you can keep up with (not ideal for for Bonus whoring though!). I play 3 or 4 low level SnGs at a time but since 1 or 2 will often be at bubble/ITM stage its hard building up any reads at the other tables where your still at the stage of folding most hands. Anyway thanks for the help, all opinions greatly appreciated..

Alot of players here use a HUD (Heads-up Display). There are quite a few that are out, but the top of the line is the PA HUD that runs with PokerTracker. A free "equivalent" is Realtime HUD. It doesn't need PokerTracker or anything of that sort in order to work like PA HUD does. It builds its own database and stores that for later.

With these you can determine how many hands a player is playing, whether they are betting them or limping them, how often they fold to steal attempts, how often they c-bet, and plenty of other helpful things. It might help with your read problem, but it will still be a little hectic if you are playing on multiple bubbles or shorthanded tables at a time.

Good Luck
