Been playing poker for a couple years with friends, nothing really big or to regular. Also read HoH 1 & 2 and some of ToP. So about eight months ago I deposited $45 on Stars. Built it up to around $80 or $90 playing Sit N Goes and lost all but $25. About three weeks ago I decided to learn full ring. So I've played 12K hands or 2nl and my rolls at $102 now. I bought in with $3 every time and usually four tabled. Heres my graph and stats. What do I need to improve on? Tighter preflop I think, possibly more aggressive too? Also a stop loss at $85 sound good? Heres the graphs.

Between 8K and 11.5K was 6 tabling so thats why it isn't so goot.

You limp too much. Maybe tighten up a bit, and raise most hands that you play. And unless $100 is an amount that you can't afford to lose, I wouldn't play 2nl with 50 buyins. 20 buyins should be fine for 5nl, though it can be high variance at times.
<SrslySirius> Hal Lubarsky, my nemesis.
<SaltLick> are you seriously losing to a blind guy

I started playing 5nl. I'm being much more aggressive. Raising more hands and trying to cut down on the amount of hands I limp preflop. At this level continuation bets seem to work a lot better. So far I'm up $17.99 @ 1,569 hands. I'll probably move to 10nl when my roll is around $250.

Miffed22001 is on a distinguished road
your stats show promise.
Key areas id look at to see if im doing what i want
VPIP - Little high at 22% IMO, but your games are probably super loose.
PFR - Same here. Little low, but your games are super loose. however id still enter for a raise as it allows us to take stacks should we make hands.
Steal blind % - approaching 30% so pretty good. Id call 30% the magic mark, once you reach it the more you go beyond the more it converts into pure $$$$
Aggression - looks good post flop, but preflop you're only reraising premiums. probably the way to go at micro limits.

Id be taking shots further up, your game isnt the finished article but as you move up your vpip/pfr will move closer together eg 18/17 etc etc

Thanks. Just moved into 5nl. Trying to raise more and call less preflop. Right now I'm running 20/15/3.5 after 2400 hands running at +11.6BB/100. People seem to fold way easier preflop. I almost always continuation bet the flop (people fold to this alot too), seems like I make alot of money there. Of course I have to slow way down if somebody calls/raises my flop bet. I have been good about folding though if I get played back at. Aggression and position are my friends, but sometimes my aggression gets me into trouble.
