I'm thinking of moving up to 10NL. I've been playing 3 tables at once in 5NL and seem to being doing well. Three tables is just enough to keep me from getting bored and playing with crap. I just completed 40k hands and my BR is at about $220. BR management says 15-30 buyins so I'm fairly close. Usually after about 6k hands I start losing again but it hasn't happened. I was thinking of playing 10NL unless my BR gets to 15 Buyins and then drop back down.

Comments?

Moving up is fine here. Good job, and good luck.

I have no interest in discussing strategy with a protege'. Your job is to remain quiet and listen. I have a very systematic approach that I will share with the right candidate and I promise that I will turn you into a force of nature and show you elements of the game of poker that you never knew existed.

Good luck!

No luck for you.

Good Skill sir.

Congrats.
The older I get, the more I start wondering; Just what in the hell is going on here?

nh, looks like your winrate improved dramatically near the end, it's a great feeling right before you move up when you just "get it" and crush your current level.

I don't understand what you mean.

I didn't start 3 tabling until 30k hands. That's actually when I really started playing better because I wasn't getting bored and playing crap. Before that I was 1 or 2 tabling (and getting bored).

We can also move the line of the graph up to $150 now.

when i started out at a limit, i started with 4 tables, moved to 6, and then kept adding two up to a max of around 10. i can't stand focusing on specific tables at the microstakes because i think we have so much edge that sheer volume will increase our overall winnings

I'm pretty sure you get better faster when you play less tables
I had the best winrate at NL25 with 6 tables
