If there are preflop calling stations i limp.
if they are tight preflop i raise in this position but normlly limp.
I'd prefer to make a cheap monster rather than though money at a probable post flop bluff

It's not a bluff when you probably have the best hand.

In position raise, out of position limp. In this case, raise.

He is sitting in HJ so hes not out of position unless the CO or Button raises. Eiether way though, I still limp here.

Honestly, it can be played to a raise or a limp. Both ways have pros and cons.
Raising
Pro: isolates and establishes you as the aggressor. If you hit there is more chance of a big pot and a big payoff. If you miss you can still win with a C-bet.
Con: puts more money into the pot on a 12% chance to hit. If your opp will call [the flop] with anything or if he hit you just lost more $ than limping.
Limping
Pro: lets you see a flop cheaply.
Con: if there is a raise behind you, you can call but you now LOOK like you may have PP which makes it easier for your opp to get away from the trap when you come out flinging mud.

Yeah I don't think I was doing particularly well at that table, just picking up small pots here and there. I've got to stop bluffing at those stakes, it's killing me.
