I pulled this stat from PT ("more details" under session notes) which is over the course of the last 3 months for all 50NL and 100NL. It shows the session starting times (so obviously sessions can run from one 2 hour session to the next) BB/100 for each day of the week.

No. of hands per 2 hours block (for context)
3800, 300, 0,0,0, 200, 1000, 1250, 700, 2100, 1250, 3300
Sunday thru Saturday
350, 1350, 2700, 3800, 2300, 1400, 2100



Conclusions from mine...
Adjust my play during the day / lunch time
No suprises that Friday evening / night is juiciest
Play after midnight ET any night of the week is profitable

Only 14k hands (I average around 4.5k hands per month) - so those who are heavier duty players - I would love to see your stats to compare - also those in Europe / Australia to see the differences due to time zones...
