Just reading through the shorthanded holdem forum there and every post is just HHs galore with some really good discussion. There's no reason why us 25NL and less "noobs" can't do more of this.
Like one post in every 6 now is a proper hand for discussion. I think we'll all benifit more if we post these difficult spots more and argue about it till we're awesome players.
Just my opinion!
On a side note this will be a good way of bumping all the freetroller garbage down the page.

I approve this message .
One thing though, posting hand histories is grand and can help you get better ldo. However, try not to be 100% focused on the exact situation at all times. Throw in hypothetical questions. It would help to look at the situation, and better prepare you for similar situations. Rather than just tell you what is right in this particular situation, which won't occur again.

I was going to make a post saying: Official BC Reg's Rant Thread; Post all your bithcing about freetrollers, idiots, people who can't spell and FTR noobs wrecking the forums in here.
Can this be it?

Yeah this is a perfect course for the thread to take.
I'll start: Why the hell can't the freetrollers at least use commas, periods and capital letters at the start of sentences? Why does EVERY SINGLE ONE have terrible grammar? Surely there is such a thing as a literate free troller, no?

I agree, next session I will pull specific hands as they happen when I find myself thinking "WTF does he have?!" or "did I play that right"?

Standard.
And guys, while I dislike the freetrollers just as much as the next guy, the beginner's circle is not really the ideal place to show your dislike. In essence, you would be doing just what the free-trollers are doing and that is detracting from the learning that goes on here. Just some food for thought.

Good point. Perhaps this thread could be moved to tales of poker or something to cut back on the garbage?

True but can we limit it to this thread just to vent a little lol?
I seriously don’t understand why FTR even offers freerolls. Do any of the thinking players on this site with goals of improving even play in the freerolls? I know I’m basically just a lurker and not really a contributing member but like hasn’t FTR basically just sold out the awesome regular posters (who post insanely insightful and well thought out points free of charge) for the extra advertising revenue that the freetrollers bring? If I’m obviously wrong here please explain.
I’m going to try and start to post interesting hands that will lead to insightful discussion as well as comment on those that are posted (even if completely wrong). If anything it is motivation to review my sessions.
Also how do I get my quotes to say who I’m quoting? I fail at posting.

Personally , as a relative newb to cash games, I like them simply to play against the better players on the site who have been giving me advice on hands I've posted to see whether I'm improving as a player .One day I might even get to stack Stacks, two events out of the 3 FTR freerolls that I have played, we have been on the same table .....didnt get head to head in the one and managed to give him 2/3 of my stack in the other.
