so fucked?

Please berate.

Villain: 27/13 over 67 hands, AF of .09, ATS 26%.
NOTE: Before he called the 3-bet he timed down to about 38seconds (wtf???) this kinda fucked with me so I checked the flop, thinking if he has KK/QQ or a worse ace he'll pay me off on later streets. If he has a monster postflop I can easily fold to a raise.

I've seen him c/c top pair good kicker, check turn, and lead river when he tripped up before vs another villain.

Alright, I was unsure about betting flop vs checking back. I bet kinda small on the river because I was hoping he'd give in and call if he had a mid pair type hand, I didn't want any of the overcards to scare him off.

Vinland is an unknown quantity at this point
Just curious here (not judging your play):
Why didnt you a) Bet flop, check turn or b) Bet flop and turn then check river.

My standard line is usually b b/c I start worrying about sets and 2pair reraising...
I confess in quicksand

In 3bet pots, villains' ranges should be much tighter. Because of this, it's pretty hard to get value on this flop if you give him a tight range. We only get it from KK/QQ and those are usually not in their range given preflop action.
