In the last 4 weeks seems everyone is trying to just min raise no matter position or strength. How do you combat this tactic (especially at 25NL) and do you use it. also what hand range up should you be protecting your big blind to a min raise ( i know there are a lot of variables here but just want an idea to what people do).
Thanks

Think before acting, AA not always best hand, 23o not worst

Reraise with a good hand, because often it means scared or drawing.

It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.

Down to reads, but reraise is right.
If they are min raising with good hands and playing tight I call with more suited cons, 1-2 gap and so on. Flop will be cheap and they will have limited info on my hand but I'll have good info on there hand.
I trust my post flop play.

To answer the BB question........
if there are a bunch of limpers that you know 90% of the time will not reraise the min raise, call to see the flop. The odds are too good not to.
If he was SB and it folded around to him, and he min raises, you are getting 3:1 heads up. That is a clear call all day anyday.

My theory on min raising from the SB heads up is that many people will have the 'check/fold' option checked on the BB.

Laugh and re-raise strong hands. Otherwise, call and wtfpwn them on the flop.

Top 80-90%ish of my hands. I should consider a big re-raise with the bottom 10%ish, but people get so silly in these situations that I just save myself the drama and fold. I love playing small ball blind vs blind! Few NL100 players have any clue how to play heads-up and think min-bet, min-bet, min-bet is a good line.

Yeah, I'd reraise anything strong and just cold-call all your drawing hands.
It'll usually be one of two situations:
1) They're drawing also, and are trying to keep it relatively "cheap" for themselves to get another card by minbetting. The response, as to any semibluff, is to raise it in their face.
2) They have a strong made hand, and the minbet is a "milk" bet to keep people in the pot. Call with your suited connectors and pwn them. Make them wish they hadn't given you such great odds to call.
