Guy is a regular, he has been playin abc and not loose. I haven't really played any hands with him but I would assume he saw me 3-bet the same guy like 4 times in a row and really show nothing down ever. I havent really played much poker in a long time so I'm prolly gonna post some of my bigger pots i guess.

The short stack sucks and the big stack is on 2 of my tables and hasn't done anything out of line. Id say his calling range on my 3-bet is of average width and hes gonna play pretty tight in big pots. can i just call the flop like this to see if utg defines his hand?

1: yeah i guess. def bet/bet/bet though. i might be tempted to call because wtf is he really repping here? seems like sets would raise the flop/turn leaving only JT/AJ as hands that beat you.

2: probly just a c/f. one of the biggest things i did to improve my game was to stop bluffing with no equity. and while a 6 high FD is not 0 equity, its shitty equity which might as wall be the same. Still its fine to mike this in occasionally for balance.

3: just fold the flop. another leak i plugged that helped was to fold to minraises like this when you have nothing. i know it sucks folding getting 254342faszer2342:1 odds, but you've invested so little and its just not worth fight over

4: treat MP's minbet as a check and cbet what ever the amount is you normally would. Im also a big fan of just calling this flop IP. If UTG is a thinking player at all then its better because he knows the fish is going to call pretty wide, but calling in position vs 2 people is better here i think.

i don't see folding the river here, if for no other reason we're getting 2:1

Hand 1. I would be tempted to call, but if you really know he never does this with a bluff, he's repping AQ/set and it's a fold. We never beat any of his legitimate river raising hands. This is basically read dependent, and I would have difficulties with making this laydown.
Hand 2. I like raising as a weird semi-bluff, but if he calls I wouldn't know wtf to do even if I hit a spade. So I think bode has a point because we really don't know wtf we're doing in this hand.

and actually see bode for 3/4
