I'm not folding this turn after the J8 vs 99 hand, this villain probably has us on a very wide range and is betting his air as well as his made hands. I think villain is really wide here. Obv I'm folding river.

with the Ah on the board I thought it made it alot harder for him to have hearts, this is about the range I gave him, I felt he prolly puts me on the draw more than I should put him on it given the positions.
TT-99,AQs-A9s,KhQh,KJs-KTs,QTs+,JTs,T9s,98s,87s,76s,AQo-AJo,QJo
vs this range Im still doing fine on the turn. if hes raising the flop with a draw he's gotta barrel this card if he's raising it with an A he's not chking back, if I was just gonna give up when any draw completes I should prolly fold the flop given all the draws out there.
these are only my thoughts im not being defensive correct me where needed.

I really don't think you played the hand badly. You can't call flop and fold turn when he barrels his entire range. I don't see why AQ, AJ can't play this way (flop and turn), and the FDs are less likely with the Ah out already.
The only way calling flop and folding turn is right is if we have most of his range as flush draws, sets and 2 pair on the flop. But with Ah out, how can so much of his range be draws to make it worth the call on the flop? Like I said, he's barreling his range after the flop almost always, so what turns are you hoping for by calling?
In reality a lot of his range has to contain worse Aces as well as some (but not many) Fds, sets and 2 pair. That makes the flop call fine and hence the turn call IMO

I agree with this, except I call turn because I think he has so much air. Obv I could be very wrong and spewing, but I'm influenced by previous hands between hero and villain. Seems to me he's playing the hero, rather than his cards. This is hero call territory for me, if I call turn I'm calling all non heart rivers. I expect to see KQhh KJhh QJhh QJh sets and aces up pretty often here, but also I expect to see lots of crap, I wouldn't be massively surprised to see 74o. I guess I'm just talking myself into a hero call, with no history it's an easy fold on the turn really. This could be why I suck at 25nl... maybe I make too many assumptions that people are trying to push me around.
