Hi,
Long time lurker, first time poster.
I have been playing on pokerroom for a few months now, initially was showing quite a loss. I was playing NL at the 0.25/0.50 (full ring) and .50/1.00 (6max), and ocasionally 2/4(6max) Ended up playing too loose, and generally losing. I then (after the worst bad beat evaaaaar) took a week off, relaxed, read The Big Deal (good book, buy it!). Started playing again on tuesday at 1/2, then 2/4. made around 100 bucks. Thought "what the hell" and took it to a 5/10 table.
Thats when things changed. On tuesday I cashed out $200. Wednesday $450. Today $1200. Tommorow.... who knows! I think it's because serious money is involved that I am playing as tight as a (favoutite euphemism here). $2000 is a lot of money for me, and I'm going to savour every last dolar! Thank god for tax free winnings in the UK!

not to burst your bubble or anything...but that kinda win rate is not sustainable. you are on a hot run of cards. take your wins and lower your limits to 3/6. don't stay at 5/10 because one bad session will wipe out that $1000.

Hi, thanks for the advice.
Just to clarify a bit. Each day I have cashed out all but 50-100 bucks, then started again with that ammount. I know it's not recomended to buy in with the minimum, but it seems to work for me, and I have only busted out once to the tune of 70 bucks at the table. This means on any given day I can loose 50 bucks. I tend to switch tables at around 300, and start again with 50-70. Just hope it lasts!

Mt takes hypers advice and lower your limits, everyone runs into a run of hot cards, but it wont last. When the cold card come youll be looking at a 1k loss, if not more, so just be careful.

I suggest you start building your BR, dont cash out, and when you have more money then you can start moving up in limits.

Right now its to soon IMO
