I just want to chime in that while manipulating and taking advantage of your image is important, I think it's less so at the lower stakes. Most villains at stakes, say, 50NL and below simply don't pay all that much attention to you. Also important to point out is that the play in the first hand has other reasons than just to build an image.
You speak the truth, but being the beginners circle I found the need to point this out. (Now where did that Captain Obviouss guy go?)
With that out of the way, let's make it interesting. Instead of QQ we have 88 in hand 2. What's our play?
