Has anyone made videos of their poker play? I friend of mine is going to watch a few videos of me playing to help me improve my game.

What’s a good piece of software for doing so? Any recommendations?

Another alternative is teamviewer. It is a remote desktop program that allows you or your friend to join in on poker sessions live. This way, you can provide live commentary and poker analysis. goodluck!
