Check PT after 10.5K hands, and I'm playing Ax for a profit down to A8, where I'm break even. (Ax suited hands are all profitable.) I am losing with unsuited A7 and worse. I play Ace-rag only late (6-max, $.05/.10 NLH), from cutoff or button, and only if the pot is unraised to me. Generally, it's just a blind steal, trying to take down blinds + a max of 1 early limper.
Stop playing them completely? Try something else? Advice please. I don't like limping, since these hands are unlikely to hold up multiway or hit any common flop very hard. If you play them, what do you do post flop? Thanks.

What I do is wait for a guy to have KK then never fold them pre flop for anything, I mean I have an Ace Pair draw, it would be dumb to fold right?
Or I realise it's crap and fold.

LoL. I'm about there Merseyside (I'm a gooner, btw). But using them just as semi-bluff blind steals shouldn't be -EV against 2 random hands, should it, with position on the random hands?

I'm no expert in what really is a +ev play but I'd say that it's def. better if they are suited. I'd still attempt to steal with these unsuited ones against most villains.

My posts are below, in the forum. Axs is at least breakeven if not profitable in most positions if opened for a raise, but at the very least being opened from CO.
Axo is just made for spewing, i found anything below AJ was pretty suspect, leaving AT just as a stealing hand and barely worth playing even on the CO.

A-little offsuit is total crap and should be removed from your range. in fact, when you see it in the CO, you should bend over, puke in the can, and FOLD.

LHE is a game where your skill keeps you breakeven until you hit your rush of random BS.
Nothing beats flopping quads while dropping a duece!

Attempting to blindsteal with any 2 is OK, the real question is how you play them when you get called, post some of the hands

I second this. I'll tighten up to only blind steals and only from the button if you guys will weigh in with how to play A-rag post-flop against a call, raise, or resteal from the blinds.

raise with any sooted ace in CO IMO, always with AJo+ If your blinds fold a lot also raise AT.
Same for button, id just include soooo much sooted junk from the button to widen our steal%
I only steal with any ace if our blinds fold loads and loads, and play Ax really passive after the flop if called by a decent TAG

The thing about A-Low offsuit is it will never be a substantial winner. It's extremely marginal (as a winner or a loser), but you have to be freaking amazing to make it a marginal winner.

for me, Axo is one of those nuetral EV hands that i steal with from the CO/Button and it just helps my image. Im a winner with every Axs hand but A4s for some reason. This is only over 45k hands at stars .5/1 though, so smallish sample.
