There's only 2 things I see that I don't like. One is that we're not bought in for full, the other is the preflop raising size.
It's tougher to isolate limpers at the lower stakes. You might consider trying out 4bb+1bb per limper or even 5bb+1bb per limper.
Specifically about the hand, I think BB's range is so big that we're going to have some difficulty putting him on a narrow range.
His stats imply that he knows what he's doing, and tho he is aggressive, it's not likely that he's donking into 3 other players without some kind of hand here.
About the flop, I usually will peel one here as well. The only problem I see is that if we improve and continue to get action, we're pretty screwed.

buyin for 100 BBs. in the case that you are doing this, pokerstars has a good auto rebuy feature when you lose pots

I don't actually change my raise size preflop. It's the same from every position with every hand. The less readable I am the better.
Some do, and it's usually what you're talking about. We built a big pot with an SC, but we're unlikely to take down a pot without a hand when there's 3 other players in it. I guess it's more of a style issue. At 10nl, your way is almost certainly better. If people are stacking off when draw cards hit, it's probably better to work with implied odds.
