Hi I was playing party poker and got down to the last few of a tourni
and I went all in, one of the other players was telling people not to call on the chat option he did this a few times .
I complained to party poker and they said they looked at it and they dint see any thing wrong
I asked for a refund from this tourni $11 and they said no
any one get any advise, its not really about the money more the point is this cheating
I have since closed down my account with them

I don't see why you're complaining... I really don't want a call more than half the time I go all in during a tournament. If this really bothers you play at pokerstars, they disable chat when there's a player all in on a tournament table

For this to be "cheating" there would have to be some reason the players would listen to this guy's chat and actually follow hisher advice.
Is it cheating for a railbird to yell "GAMBOOOOL!"? No, but it's cheating for a player to say "what should I do?" and then for a railbird to say "GAMBOOOOL!"

Next time you run across that, if you really dont want the others to fold but want some callers. Just type back "Yes fold please" . Maybe even add a little smiley face 
Might not work, but you never know.

It happens from time to time. I don't think people at the table based their decision on what he said , so don't get bent over it. You should comment on every play they do after that. Say "he's bluffing again" or "call" or whatever. Maybe they will get the point.

To the poster, ignore this. No one listens to the railbirds and if they do, the railbirds are their friends and they're listening to them on AIM and not the PP chat box  This is typical railbird behavior but if it really bothers you just go to PokerStars
