I have been running pretty well the last 12K hands between $10 and $25 NL. Is there anything in these stats that I could work on, though? Maybe Went to Showdown % ? I don't know what a good baseline even is for that stat. What about blind defense? I have tightened up considerably from about 3 months ago when I started a horrible massive downswing...

The only thing I see is you seem too loose and maybe too passive in early position. I've read it's good to be around 1/2 VPIP UTG compared to on the button and have a steady climb up, although there are no rules...it's just logically better to play much tighter there.
I can't remember everything to look for right now, but these articles help me when going through poker tracker, so I suggest checking them out:

I know I saw a PT guide on FTR too, but can't find it right now.
Oh..and nice work on 25nl! Just don't get in the newb circle of death or whatnot...

you could probably stand to tighten up a tad, but as long as you are playing good after the flop it don't matter much

You're running good! How long of a time period is this?

Yeah, I probably could. I should probably thank you for pointing it out to me the first time I posted stats (when I was up around 24%). I worked on that.....still have a ways to go until my postflop skills match up to the cards (or lack thereof) I decide to play.

This is since May 15 and right after I went through the mother of all downswings. I dropped down to 10NL to plug leaks for 10K hands and now am playing $25NL. I feel like I play the same postflop, but taking that 3% off my VP$IP has done wonders. Especially because in the middle of my downswing, it was creeping up over 25%......
Now I just need to improve postflop.

C-man,
Me thinks you are raising too much from EP and MP. Not sure what other people's stats look like, but my pf raise stats ramp down evenly from the button (11%) to the blinds (3%). Looks like you raise the same hands no matter what position you are in. Could be a leak...
