There is something wrong with the hand converter, it registers cents as dollars for some reason. Just divide the amounts by 100x.
Cake Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $4.00 BB (9 handed) - Cake-Poker Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com
saw flop | saw showdown
Hero (MP1) ($479)
MP2 ($674)
MP3 ($384)
CO ($161)
Button ($476)
SB ($27)
BB ($382)
UTG ($188)
UTG+1 ($452)
Preflop: Hero is MP1 with K , K
2 folds, Hero bets $14, MP2 calls $14, MP3 calls $14, 4 folds
Flop: ($48) 10 , 7 , A (3 players)
Hero bets $38, MP2 calls $38, 1 fold
Turn: ($124) J (2 players)
Hero bets $70, MP2 calls $70
River: ($264) Q (2 players)
Hero checks, MP2 bets $264, Hero calls $264
Total pot: $792 | Rake: $35
Results in white below:
Hero didn't show K , K (nothing).
MP2 had A , 4 (flush, Ace high).
Outcome: MP2 won $757
I know the river call was terrible, should I have just check/folded the turn?

I would have bet $0.50 on the flop, and c/f the turn. Drawy boards are almost an insta PSB for me.

<@d0zer> how will you learn if I don't berate you harshly?

I know you knew he had an ace. This is simply a case of being disciplined enough to fold your pocket kings. This actually works as a lesson for you I guess. People LOVE calling with Ax...bet the flop and c/f the turn (though it's been said already). Better luck to you next time with your cowboys!

That's how winners play; we convince the other guy he's making all the right moves.

The river call really isn't that bad, just because he had a flush on this occasion doesn't mean you need to automatically assume you made a hurrendous play.
Betting the turn isn't good though since I don't see him folding anything you beat on the flop. The only thing we can get value from is a draw and these can easily bluff you on the river anyway. Keep the pot small, c/f the turn depending on reads you could c/c a blank river if you feel he's the type to bluff missed draws.
You're possibly calling to split on the river, but if there are any bluffs or retarded value bets with worse hands in his range it's an easy call. I would bet the river for value myself since 2 pair, sets will pay you off loads.

The flop bet is your big mistake. What are you trying to do? And what do you think you beat on this river that makes that bet?

I would of checked the flop to see if he bet back, then folded if he did. Then I would of c/f the turn. I think I would of bet the river myself if I made it that far.

Pot control.
What was your plan preflop if an ace came? It should of been not to put in more than x% of your stack.. or a certain # of bets.
Its okay to check/call the flop to reevaluate. Remember KK is just one pair.. pick a better spot to commit that much of your stack.
Don't feel bad about how you played this.. its annoying for someone with Asmall to play like a donkey and outflop you. There was a really good post about how to play KK with an A on the flop in the recent past. Anyone know the link to it?

The thing is, since he just called on the flop and turn I figured he had a draw without the ace. Would expect tp+nutflushdraw to raise on that flop, so I was expecting some random J2 sooted. Of course, seeing the flush completing on the river I checked. When he bet I instantly got the idea that "hey, maybe he is just betting because I checked", the fear of being bluffed make me do bad calls sometimes.
