Player was 30/27 over about 30 hands, but I had no specific reads on him. He thought for a while after my pf 4-bet before calling so I was pretty sure he didn't have AA. His RR on flop made me think about QQ, but a smaller set did not even enter my mind for some reason. Was my call here ok?

I think this is fine. 4-betting preflop at 2NL pretty much announces you have AA-KK;
After 4-betting and with the FD on the board you have to bet the flop.....and then you have to call the raise......and pray for a King...

Well played. Cooler if you lost.
A foolish man learns nothing from his mistakes.
A smart man learns only from his own mistakes.
A wise man learns from his own mistakes, and those of the smart man and the fool.

pretty standard at this level...

based on the stacks i would've 3-betted to $1.00 to go and pushed the flop...

littleogre has a little shameless behaviour in the past
Your 4-bet pf should be a shove. I can almost guarantee that the villan would call. I can honestly say that i have never seen anyone at 2nl fold after 3-bet. Most players only 3 QQ+ and AK you are ahead of that range. My guess on the hand would be he has aces or a set of ladies.

4bet size is about as big as you'd want to go, mine would be slightly smaller, around 70 cents
