This hand gave me a lot of trouble, comments on all streets appreciated. Villain was 13/8 over 85 hands, with a 3.0% 3 bet.
His preflop calling range might be wider here, due to it being bvb.
The flop donk bet is arg, but he can do this with sets + JJ+, maybe an AKs, I don't know I am bit lost. I think raising will leave me against JJ+ sets and not enough combos of draws to make stacking off here profitable.
The turn further strength his range, I think I need to seriously consider folding here. because I can't think of anything I beat (QQ and TT??) thats about it.

please dont fold....
you missed the easiest flop value raise where hes probably calling/(mabye)stacking off with 99+ and Ahxh, 88 is the only really likely set combo.
also fwiw donks like this are usually air, infact id probably put him on the Ahx so the only reason i would flat the flop is if i thought he would keep donking into me, which he has done here on the turn. Either way i think on the turn you have to call, i may raise even, idk id be interested to hear what some better people think.

Raise flop hard. I can't see what better hands we get to fold by raising the turn now, if he has set he can afford to gamble. Maybe 2pr folds, but how many 2pr combos are in his range? Certainly weaker hands fold except maybe QQ w/heart or Ah maybe. Idk, the flop call is so bad imo that I don't know what to do now on the turn, we haven't narrowed his range. I'm probably calling down unless another heart comes down, but I'd be much happier if I'd stacked off on the flop when we're way ahead of his range.

What happens to his range when we raise flop guys?
When a 13/8 donk leads in this spot he either has a set, aces, or is spazzing out.
I'd just call call call.

Just curious, how much is calling down going to cost us, as opposed a raise fold line on the flop? When we raise the flop, there's tons of worse hands than ours that he can continue with. If he has set or aces, then he's likely raising our flop raise, especially if he puts us on a big pair. I can fold to this, but if he calls then we can give him a bunch of hands we crush, and we can reassess the turn. I don't like the turn much because obviously a lot of those hands that we were beating are now crushing us, but that doesn't change the fact that we should raise this flop for value against Ah8, 99-QQ and all those flush draws. He'll tell us on this flop if he has a set or aces.
