What ranges did you give him preflop after he called the 3bet, and on the flop?

he could be playing a wider range since he's IP
however this is super standard we're not even dead if he has a set/flush since we have diamond outs (unless he has the nut flush)

there is no folding a KK overpair in 3b pots
the only other option is to check turn and call a shove if you expect him to shove a wider range on the turn than call
