depends on the suits, either one could have a flush.

If no flush then it is split pot

Set of kings, J and 9 are kickers (using best 5 cards)

It would be a split pot unless the floor manager is from Florida or Ohio.

Ohio is not is the same category as Florida when its come to elcetions.

Florida's problems came from haning chads and hard to read ballots. Ohio's elcetionwas just too close.

You make your best 5 card hand. These 5 card hands are identical so you split the pot (in half) and give it to the two players.
