You'll need to request your hand history from Stars or wherever you play. Copy the entire hand info of the hand you wish to post, and paste it into the input section.
Click convert.
Copy the text in the output section, and paste it in the text area when you post your message here.
And there's a shortcut to the hand converter in the menus on the left of your screen, under popular tools.

You can also use HEM to get the hand into the converter.
Right click the hand in HEM and select "copy to clipboard" or something like that.
Open the hand converter, right click and select paste. then convert it.
