sweet first time doing this

that's 130 up. first 10k+ (in other words right where the variance starts) was easing my way back into things and practicing a few new plays i was trying to add to my arsenal at 5NL nit ring. last 13k was at 10PL and NL 6-max

next month i need to plug that leak of having the huge downswings. like each one of those downswings would've been 1 or 2 BI's less severe if not for tilt. also need to stop spewing/tilting against laggs. BRING ON JULY

EDIT: also cleared a 100 dollhair referral bonus. have 2300 FTP points that i can use for some tourneys if i ever don't have to work on sunday. just referred another friend so hopefully that'll pad my br as well by the end of july

Near the end of the month was pretty nasty. Got 2 outered 3 times for stacks, then decided to station off 2 buyins at 50nl for an extra $100 of spew. Graph is mostly 25nl with some other random stakes thrown in. Easily would have made an extra $200 if it weren't for being a jackass.

Cash: $545.84
MTT's: $585.00
SNG's: +/- a couple $
FPPs: $70
Total: ~ $1200

So first >$1k month + attained GoldStar. Stick around for potential Platinum in July

Silver Star on Stars! First time evar...

first 26k'ish hands at 10NL, moved up to 25NL a week ago, started 4 tabling instead of 9 tabling.

Stats: 9 tabling 10NL---> Ran 15/8, 4.06ptbb/100 (EV adjusted)
4 tabling 25NL---> Ran 10/6, 11.6ptbb/100 (EV adjusted)
* Running hot obv

I have found so far that when I was 9 tabling I was an HUD bot, and since switching to 4-tabling I am consistently taking notes, gaining reads on players, marking the fish at the table, and recognizing opponent tendencies.

Well, this month was a small turning point in my poker career. This month, I finally made it out of the microstakes. I made over $500 and shot my bankroll to over $1000. Here's my graph:

Side Accomplishments
Reached Silver Star
Achieved my $120 Reload Bonus
Got my $8 and $16 July Special Bonus
Overall: +$653.41 for the month

Goals for July
25K+ hands
Gold Star
More studying!
More experience in MTTs

Fun Facts
I suck balls at 2NL. If I weren't to count 2NL, my winrate this month would have been 8.43 BB/100. Counting 2NL, I am 4.99 BB/100. Special thanks to micro2macro and Stax for this!

That's how winners play; we convince the other guy he's making all the right moves.

I made my goal this month but not as much as I wanted too.
12 tabling .02/.05 I made my goal of $200 after 60k hands. Was a fustrating start to the month but not as frustrating as the last 2 weeks.

Should have just taken the last 2 weeks off after making my goal. Im not sure if I had a flopped set hold after I pushed it all in against flush draws. Plenty of top 2 against bottom sets. Managed to river a boat once. I found players much tighter in 5NL than 2NL. Mostly the only hands against I could get Money in pre flop with Kings were Aces. There were some exceptions but I lost more than half of those.

Holding at $200 profilt for the month is better than going backwards I suppose but 2.3 BB/100 makes mee feel a bit ill. 150 FFP short of Silver star.

Julys goal is to get the last $90 and move up to 10NL and making somthing there.

nice in terms of $ won , but 12 tabling are you actually learning how to play . I think that it might .be a good idea to cut back to 4 tables and start to develop reads on players so that you can get the last 90$ at a better winrate to prepare you for 10nl.

I am happy with June, moved up from 5NL to 10NL (at Hand 4.8k).

Really enjoyed the heater at the beginning of 10NL (hands 5k-8k).

Bit disappointed in the last 4k hands (flat), some bad plays and horrible rivers but alot of good learning in there.

5NL: 4,786 $35.41 7.4BB/100
10NL: 7,665 $141.10 9.20BB/100

Some nice graphs here. A few need to be posted in the SH and FR forums as of next month. $25NL graphs and up don't need to be posted along the lines of guys trying to post $2NL and $5NL micros. I also think some of you could do well getting some of your posts and responses in the other forums too. Stop thinking your beginners.

Last 4k hands were a nice heater after taking a couple weeks off cash games and reading NLHE:T&P , so nice way to finish at least. Hopefully it will carry off into this month.

My first proper month of cash, so I've been playing pretty tight. I think maybe too tight judging by the red line, as I don't think it should really look like that. Something I need to work on in July.

redline is fine. Don't waste time on that juswt work on the game, the redline is a product of your game and if you try fixing it it may backfire. I think there is a large thread about it here somewhere.

Well June was a really shitty one for me, actually the all time worst. Feels like I totally wasted so much time which I really did. I couldn't get anything going at all and pretty much the whole month just plain old sucked. As I was going over the month I started trying to think of what I had done to improve my game and I came up with nothing, what a coincidence. I need to get my head back into the game and start improving again. I need to post more HH's and seek out advice from others.

I was excited to try to have a good month, but it started with a massive downswing which nearly wiped out my Operations profits to date. But, I turned it around and ran 10.4 ptBB for the last 8300 hands. The 5 NL stage of my Op was completed in the last session, which was a surprise until tonight. I had not checked my BR for several sessions so I thought I had a little ways to go yet. I'm on my way to 10NL. Woohoo!

I appreicate what your saying there Keith but Im playing 5NL to rebuild my bankroll. I cashed out all but $50 some months ago when our aussie dollar was weak and poker stars was giving me the shits. I have since got over that and have come back with the intention of making money or having enough hands played to justify saying poker stars hates me Or alternernativly prove that im the fish. The only real complaint so far is that Pokerstars doesnt seem to want to let me win more than 2000BB in a month.

Generally my reads on people are good but I just need to listen to that voice when it says FOLD! Playing 12 tables helps me do that. Normaly I run 5-6 BB/100 on 12 tables but that would have to be 15 on 4. Playing 4 tables at 5NL drives me insane!

July is ok so far, 6.5BB/100 after 5,000 hands.

Will See whats a good balance of tables to BB/100 as I move up.
