You seem to be doing very well in ring. I would suggest sticking to ring games for the time being. If you've ever talked to soupie he will tell you specialize, specialize, specialize.
Your tourneys and SNG's seem to be for the most part hurting you. You could like I said specialize in ring games and keep the money rolling in. I would suggest at the least to read over a lot of the tournament tactics posts and consult with people about your tourney games and hand histories.
BTW, that's a great increase of BR and congrats

I personally find that going back and forth between ring games and sng/mtt's hurts me. i play sng's and ring games pretty differently i'd say, so if i go back and forth i'll never really get set into the style i want to be in for either one.
Only time i can do both, is if i lost money in a ring game, enough to get me frustrated with maybe a bad beat in there, i find i do great stopping and playing an sng. I have played some outstanding sng's right after losing a buyin or so in a ring game (if i do say so myself, given they were only outstanding for 2.00 + .50).
So, maybe just find the right time to play them. Maybe only when your relaxed, or fiesty, or whatever.

I've heard of this free $10 at Royal, but haven't been able to dig up info on it... can someone fill me in?

You get an automatic $10 for signing up. They deposit it into your account within 24 hours. It's easy. To withdraw any money you need to deposit 20 dollars min., however.
I played about a week of online poker unsuccessfully about a week prior to that. I then spent the next week researching and learning and started with that.
I play no limit hold'em.
