I play on Partypoker on the 25nl 6max tables.
I prefer to play the regular tables but i've noticed that usually the jackpot tables have a bigger average pot. But It's not that mutch of a difference and the jackpot tables costs 50 cents extra per raked hand or something.
So what's more profitable to play? Jackpot or normal tables?

Probably not the jackpot tables unless your name is Miffed22001 (he's won the bad beat twice on PP!)

Jackpots will get you more action. + Variance. You have to change your entire game at Limit, at No Limit, you have to make some pretty serious changes also.
If you beat nonjackpot for 3bb/100 and beat jackpot for like 2.5 ish, or even 3.. then go for it. Hitting a huge jackpot over a solid winrate is huge.
but if you're at the 1.5-2.499 range... I would seriously consider the winrate over time being less than the potential jackpot..
Look at your HH. When was the last time you had your JJJJ cracked by a better hand? Or even saw it. Take both of those potential wins devided by the number of hands that it took to do it, then decide whether the +EV over winrate is better than a better winrate at a more solid passive table.

The older I get, the more I start wondering; Just what in the hell is going on here?
