What do you do?

I called; he has 96s for two pair. I ask for a 7 or an A, and pulled two 7s on 4th and 5th. Phew!

Probably fold. You've got one pair, he's got something better most likely - a set, two pair, or a straight.

how much does this mean?
Suppose you have $50 and opp has $100
I see about $15 in the pot on the flop. You put in $15. He makes it $50 more? easy fold. NB: this is a checkraise -- not likely to be an inferior overpair.
If his AI makes it only 20 more, it's different. You've got the outs you mentioned, and a good hand.
