Are you just blindly betting 85% when checked to on the flop? thats pretty exploitable, try and find spots where you think opponent has meager holdings he might be willing to lay down AND a flop where you can rep something he is scared of. If a smart player sees you try and steal anytime you're checked to on the flop he is going to take advantage of that.
She looked at me and said youz a baby right?
I told her, I'm 18 and live a crazy life
Plus I'll tell you what the 80's like
And I know what ladies like

I'm new as a member of FTR, but I've been a lurker here for awhile and playing for longer.

When I play at microstakes (I don't know what stakes you play at), I look for a lot of types of players. But one of the types I look for is the post-flop aggressive types, who like to semi-bluff/bluff on the flop just like you described.

I try to exploit these players as much as possible by either reraising or semibluff reraising them when I suspect they are weak. I am a typical TAG player. I tried playing LAG, but I was a losing player for 6 months because of it and gave it up to play a TAG game that I am better/safer at. If you think there is little risk of a TAG'er against you postflop then I say keep doing what you do. But if your observing of this player leads to a TAG label, give him respect and either don't call a reraise or don't raise in the first place.

Hope you win!

Usually depends on the strength of ur bet and the strength of the flop. If u bet for ex 2 dollars on a 20 dollar flop I'll guarantee you will get reraise 90% of the time(And I will guarantee you no matter what 2 hole cards I have I will reraise you 100% of the time). Also, if the flop comes ace/face card-rag-rag when there were no re-raise preflop and someone leads out with a bet he's prolly holding mid/low pair, so you can go right ahead and reraise him depending on your position/if your willing to fire another bet on the turn if it comes a rag.

On the flop I usually bet 75%-80% of the pot if I want to steal and if I get re-raise I am pretty sure I'm beat. Its all about how well you read people and what type of players you're playing against. Another little bluff I'd like to do is to check-bet-call on the flop, and check-raise on the turn. It doesn't work all the time but if your reads are correct and your playing the right player you can get alot of big hands lay down to your bluff, and when your caught, simply show your bluff for advertising and you will get alot of action in the next two hours or so.

I think they usually have top pair here, and I don't think they call a raise with middle or low pair most of the time.
