45 hands is not a big sample, so I'll post hands for review
I think I'm making systematic mistakes in how I approach these hands
I have no idea who these people are since these hands are not new, but the stats say 12/7/1 for this hand
Hand 1:
Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (9 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

BB ($24.90)
UTG ($25)
UTG+1 ($18)
MP1 ($24.05)
MP2 ($29.45)
Preflop: Hero is SB with K , A
5 folds, CO raises to $1, 1 fold, Hero raises to $3.25, 1 fold, CO calls $2.25

this guy is 16/9/2.5

UTG+1 ($37.25)
MP1 ($24.80)
Hero (MP2) ($33.80)
CO ($49)
Button ($12.95)
Preflop: Hero is MP2 with K , A
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.75, CO calls $0.75, 3 folds
Flop: ($1.85) 9 , 6 , K (3 players)
Hero bets $1.85, CO raises to $4.85, Hero calls $3
Turn: ($11.55) 8 (3 players)

River: ($26.55) 10 (3 players)
Hero bets $5, CO calls $5
Total pot: $36.55 | Rake: $1.80
15/0/infinity over like 13 hands so I can't really judge other than he's not super-loose

1) Fine.
2) $5 river bet is weird. What's the point?
3) You don't have to pot the turn.

I was experimenting with blocking bets. Should I just check/fold hand 2 on the river or what? Check/call is more expensive since he'll bet 1/2 pot
what would he raise the flop and bet turn with that is behind what I have? he could POSSIBLY have a 9 or a weaker king, but am I really calling a large bet on the river?
of course, I could just be losing extra $5 every time I blocking bet like that...

a blocking bet should be higher than that, like closer to 1/3 pot or something.

Hand 1, you can only be scared of JJ/77--AA is possible but the least likely holding of the 3. I bet closer to pot and commit on flop and definitely on turn. These are the kinds of flops you look for when 3betting AK.
I agree that the blocking bet should be higher in hand 2.
I don't mind hand 3, you could bet a little less on turn but meh.
