He hasn't posted yet but he's my younger brother. This weekend when I went to visit my pops and the family I taught him the basics of poker, got him to sign up here to start reading and learning.

His mom, my stepmom had some reservations about him learning the game, but I assured her that he would be fine playing and wouldn't fall into the pit traps that most parents are afraid of when they hear the name poker.

He's an intellectual guy, he loves strategy games, anything dealing with reasoning and tactics. So I thought it would only be right for him to learn poker. After showing him the rules, and luckily that night the WPT was on, I let him follow the show and he was hooked lol.

Lets steer him in the right direction as he steps on that path that is poker

Thanks guys he's at my dad's house today being put to work with outside yard work etc..so he may have not logged on yet

Actually sounds a lot more convenient and mentally healthy than working the NL10 tables
