Okay, I've been going over and over this and I'm not sure if I'm learning the right lessons from it.
Okay, I've edited this a bit, hope I've left the key details intact.

Things I've been thinking.
1) "Why you suck at limit hold 'em" says "You don't raise AKo"... I wonder if I should have re-raised?
2) I never for a second saw that he could be on a gutshot. I should have seen that it was possible.
Should the fact that he kept checking but calling have told me he was waiting for a card, that he wasn't happy with his hand as it was?
Or should it signal he thinks he's got me beat and is trying to draw me in?
Or (as I took it) that he was uncertain about his hand but couldn't bring himself to give it up (e.g. aces or even tens).

3 bet that preflop. Don't be results orientated, you played it fine post flop.

Fine except for the fact that you had only 96.50 with bets at 15/30.
Was this a tourney??

Yes, one of the Shasta (0+0) SNGs at Everest.
The games go slowly and the blinds go up quickly which makes the whole thing pretty much a roll-of-the-dice in my view.
Still, it's free money and so far I've amassed 0.27 playing them and am on my way to having enough to play in their 0.04+0.01 NL tables.
Thanks for the input everyone. Nice to be learning something from these experiences.
