$2/$3 NLHE $100max in CAL-I-FORN-IA
I hate this structure, I hate my seat, but am enjoying playing with a guy I used to play LHE and talk strategy with.
I call UTG with :Ts: :Tc: and about $240 in chips.
UTG+1 is a total donator who HATES money and has over $700, he makes it $12. This is probably a hand. JJ+ is in his range here along with a lot of other crap.
3 players call!
BB is kinda aggro and has a 3-digit IQ. Just bought in for $100. He makes it $55 with his best puffer fish act. My Soul Reader (tm) says this isn't AA/KK, probably not even QQ, JJ/AK wouldn't surprise me but probably a medium pair, good Ace or two big cards.
What's my play?

Shove. Unless the UTG+1 has KK+ I can't see him calling to a 3 bet and a limp shove.
You have a lot of equity against the BB so iso him.

Bleh after re-reading it. Call or fold. You either have both these guys crushed or your a 4:1 dog. I don't like iso'ing someone whos just gonna shove any flop. His money is going in anyway.
If you think UTG+1 is weak call and if you think he has a real hand fold. I'm guessing you can outplay UTG+1 on most flops even if your OOP

raise tt next time?
BB isn't folding with over half his stack in the middle - and all of his range is 50-50 or better against you. the fish isn't folding anything that beats you, plus you don't want to be calling a 4-bet push
