Over the past month or so I've been getting killed. I've lost about 2/3 of my bankroll and I'm wondering what I can do to get out of this funk.
I started playing online in January and turned my $100 initial deposit into $3000 by April but over the last month or so nothing has gone right. I was turning a profit at the $1-$2 tables and now I've dropped down to $0.25-$0.50.
Should I take a week off? Just play some S&Gs for a while? Any advice would help. Thanks

Yeah take a week off looking through all your HH's. When you find your leaks in your game fix them. Post some HH's where you lost and someone will be glad to tell you their own opinions and give you some advice. You need to figure out if it is just variance or a leak in your game.

A 3000 bankroll would be too small for me to hit 200nl.
Time off helps.

1) follow better bankroll management, I'm 100% sure this applies.
2) get better at poker, I'm 99% sure this applies.

Couple things I'm going to do:
1. take a week off
2. sit on my hands when I play, I noticed some times I get trigger happy for some reason with my hand on the mouse and make dumb moves...also control my emotions better when my AA get cracked by some clown who called my raises with K3, just let it go
3. I set up how I'm going to manage my bankroll, playing it a little safer.
4. Get better, always room for improvement
and btw, that was a nice post by aokrongly.
