You guys rock my socks off, probably one of the best message boards I've been too
Anywho, I have great news
I bought Harrington on Hold 'em yesterday (due to your, the FTR community, suggestion), I immediately saw results after just reading the first 100 or so pages. I won my first Sit 'n Go tourney yesterday. I made much stronger bets, used pot odds more efficiently, implied odds as well, and stole blinds efficiently at the later stages of the game.
Next thing to work on is reading hands and tendecies of players. There's a lot going on at a table at any given time so it's going to take some work
But yeah, thanks guys for the great essays, informative boards, and overall nice atmosphere

Harrington on Holdem is a great great GREAT start for sit and go strategy. Make sure you read vol II also, as II deals with when the table is no longer mostly full and variable chipcounts.
Study these books like the gospel and you'll do great at the low buy-in stuff.

you will learn a TON with HOH. I would recommend that you read HOH I, then II, THEN go back and re-read both of them again before moving on to III.
Good Luck and have fun
Edit: Forgot to add - Welcome to FTR!!!!!

Welcome to FTR, it's great to have you here!
The other thing that will REALLY help you improve is to post some hands. If you're playing SNGs, post them in the Sit N Go Tourney Tactics forum. You can also post whole trimmed tourneys for feedback, but individual hands probably get more replies.
