OK I was in a tourny of 156 players and went to the final table as a huge chip leader. Every one wanted to make a deal so we did. Everyone took $500 and I got $950 and we played for the rest wich was only 270 more for 1st place. We got doun to 3 players and I was still the chip leader by far.

This brings me to the lucky hand and my question. I was on the button with 7d 2h and decided before i even looked that I was going to make a move at the blinds. The blinds were at 16000 and 32000 so I made it 82000 to go. the small blind then goes all in for 50000 more. Now I have played him many times and I put him on two big suited cards. the big blind folded. The pot was now my 82000 his 132000 and the big blinds 32000 for a total of 246000 and it was 50000 to call giveing me about 5to1 on my call and if im right im not that big of a dog here. I had quite and audence as this was my third 1st place finish at this cassino in a row. And every one gave a hard time for calling and makeing two pair to his AcKc high hand. So the question here is given the odds and the situation should I have folded?

Why ask the question if you post the answer in your thread?

Yes getting 5:1 means calling with any 2 cards
No, don't feel bad for getting lucky
Yes, look at your cards PF

Nice going on the winning sir.

TLR is an unknown quantity at this point
From pot odds point of view with 5:1 pot odds you need to call with any two, even if he has an overpair you are not that far behind.
One more facet to consider is the affect of losing the extra 50000 on your stack.

Given his stack size you know that if SB plays with you its for his entire stack (you did not post the BB stack, so we dont know how this affects decisions), so you need to consider preflop if you are willing to play for this amount

All I play is live... I meant that the local casino I play at dosnt get the real pay out tournaments... I whent to a big casino to day and played a $500 buy in tourny and almost made it to the money. It was a good learning experience.

Its been a few days so I dont remeber how many chips he had. I do know that that pot was 246,000 and the final count was 700,000 rounded. And the BB had shown a tendancy to not defend his blind In fact bolth had shown a tendancy to let it go than to let me bust them. I had them kinda skared cause I busted like 4 out when we first sat doun at the final table.
