What is wrong with me? I never get value out of my aces. I've been so jaded by getting burned by bad beats that I think I have been overbetting my strong hands too much and underbetting my weaker hands. I don't get payed off enough on me QQ/KK/AA.

Dont minraise preflop. Make a real raise preflop then make your standard cbet on the flop. You cant do much else besides that, you will get calls and you will profit with AA.

Raise more preflop.
Cbet size relative to pot is OK. If they chase, they're gonna pay. If you take it down on the flop, it's OK. The more cards you see with aces, the more likely it is that you'll be beaten.
My philosophy: winning a small pot beats losing a big one (I've had more than a few times where all I've picked up with aces were the blinds. It happens.).

I like 3x original raise, with a floor of $3. More if I have any reason to think they'll call it.

With full stacks, I like raising to 1/8 or 1/7 of (my opponents stack + pot). on a shorty, I like to bet half or all of their stack. I never min-raise preflop, and never check the flop unless an ace falls.
I've always disliked sets against my aces, this is why I bet a lot preflop after a raise.
