Currently I'm only using 3 because i didn't know which good ones to put in
VPIP / PFR / Fold to F Cbet
There also was AF for agression factor but i didn't know what meant.  could someone explain what the AF # means?

I like how you have it in yer name and you don't know what it means. I always thought yer name was some play on it er somethin' 
It's a ratio of aggression vs passivity
bets + raises / calls
It's highly overused with small samples. under 300 hands or so I'm not really trusting it, and getting reliable AF street by street arguably takes a whole lot more.
My hud is:
VPIP/PFR/attSteal
callPFR/cbet/foldsToCbet/AF (hands)

i use
vpip/pfr/wtsd/hands
cbetF/fold to cbet/fold to turn bet/3bet pre/fold to 3bet
flopAF/turnAF/riverAF/att to steal
it seems like alot, but i dont use decimals on most stats so it doesnt take up a ton of room. I also dont really pay attention to alot of these stats. i could get rid of the AF by street.

3bet/fold to 4bet
Cbet/foldcbet/foldturn/foldriver
stealAtt/WSD%/WWSF%
important stats include
Steal att: only way to see if he's positionaly aware
WSD%: Calling stations see 27% or more showdowns
limpcall: shows how often guys will call raises after limping, this along with fold to Cbet is money in the bank from some players.

mine is:
VPIP-PFR-3-bet-Steal%
C-bet, turn Aggression frequency (not factor!), hands
for each of these I have extended details available as pop-ups, these I've selected and arranged how I like them and use when I have a hard decision to make or whenever a new player joins a table.

that number seems too low. i think i see 27% of SD's and win over W$@SD is over 50% still.

Hey why does PokerOffice2's HUD suck so badly? It doesn't even have the fold to cbet option!

It's possible sure. I consider 27% the top end of capable but there is a big difference in stats between he winners at 27% and spewy stations at27%. I find 27 to be the line.

Can some one reference me to a post or something that gives a straight forward way of making HEM hud not looking like total retarded shit on my tables?
There has GOT to be a way of moving the player info other than clicking on those stupid f'ing borders where it launches it into one of 9 pre-designated spaces.

I swear PO3 better be the shit and get at least on par with HM and PT2. I know they're in Beta testing now.
**Edit**
The new Pokeroffice is called "Poker Office 5." Their goal is to have the public release in October sometime. And from what I hear, this program will indeed surpass HM and PT2/3  . (i.e. If you know Java, you're in luck... they're making it easier to add whatever stat you want with a little programming !

I think you are referring to moving the boxes? Hold right click to drag. Then on the Table Manager click "save positions".
