I use the default and added wsd% w$sd%. you can see screenshots at the hud site under layouts if you want more stats on your screen. they have some good layouts that you can download and use without having to make any changes yourself.
Success is how high you bounce after hitting bottom.

In case you don't know, you can click on the user and get a popup window of all their stats at any time. That way you don't have to clutter the screen.

I also put some of my own stats up in the upper right corner so that if someone is working off of stats for their reads, I have an idea of what they might think of me.

I use VPIP, PFR, and post-flop aggression.

I also put up the number of hands I have on them, so I know how accurate this is (you could also set the required hands higher).

Also, I put up went to showdown percentage. Gives me an idea of how much I think I can bet against their range.

I also use Net$Won. Gives me an idea if this is a winning or losing player to a not so relevant extent. I also farm, I'm a bad person.

Same used here ... then I make notes on certain players because I don't run HUD every time.

Heh, this is something I've never really given much thought to. I'm still relatively new to the whole pt/pahud thing but I'm just displaying the default vpip/pfr/af/# hands. Having some showdown stats would probably be a good thing, but you can just use the little popup window for that I suppose.

I'm interested in hearing more...

I use the popup stats too.

The stats that I never have any clue how to use are flop/turn/river aggression. I can use total aggression, but I've never really looked at ranges of aggression for those stats.

I like the standard VP$IP/PFR%/Aggression factor as most do, but I like to have the WTSD%/W$SD% showing too, so I can tell the guys that A.) are gonna call you all the way down and B.) the ones that I know will fold to continuation bets if they did not hit they're hand.

I find myself looking at these "post-flop stats" more and more.
