I just got poker tracker and p ace hud last night, and have it working great...
im wondering what some of you have for stats on the table, right now i just have the default stats, but im wondering if there are some key things i should try adding from the huge list of options....
also, how do you use the "aggression factor"?

"foldsCbet%" - is that how often they fold to a Cbet?
and what are the stats in row 3 for? aggression factor?
i still dont understand how to use/read the aggression factor...

I think if you play lower limits and you're a fairly new player stick to some of the basics. I started w/ just #hands/VPIP/PFR%. That gives you a basic idea on how they play. But really I used it more at first just to make sure I was at a good table. If you have 6 people at your table with like 13% VPIP and no one over 40 or 50 time to look for a new table. When you get more comfortable add things over time. For now K.I.S.S.

To answer your questions in order.
Yes.
Yes.
If a player raises/ bets 3 times more often than he checks/calls, his AF is 3. If he does them equally it is 1.

Bode, try frequencies instead. You may find them more accurate and telling of a persons street by street aggression. As an example, they take folding into account as a non aggressive move, where factors do not account for it. If a guy raises once on the turn and folds 15 times, his AF on the turn will still seem aggressive. Checking is never calculated on either
