Should I have slowed down on the turn when getting two callers?

You're beat on the river, but you're happy that he didn't bet something like $5 and put you to a hard decision. I'm almost never folding to that river bet unless I have a read that the guy bets small with the nuts. A lot of the time you'll lose, but you can't make these laydowns against people who bet small as a bluff. But when I see people bet small to guarantee a call I can fold this maybe 20% of the time and call 80% of the time.
