0.25/0.5$ NL 10 player
Your dealt A K in MP, bet 4xBB and get 2 callers
Flop comes (A K 6 )
You bet the pot (8$) and get one fold and a call
Turn brings (T )
He has 25$ left in his stack.
You have 35$ left.
No good read on player
What do you put him on and what do you do

put him on a pair, and keep raising into him. Another $8. Maybe $10.
I assume you're worried about QJ, but unless he comes over the top of you all-in i think it's doubtful.
Even if he does... well... that's up to your style of play.
I'd probably call. Might not be the best advice, but it's what I would do. I think he'd most likely have KK or AA, or is still drawing.
edit: or even that flush draw but if so he's clutching at straws.

Unless he has QJ of diamonds his call on the flop smells like he has an A or K with big kicker - or Axsuited Ds. I think you have to make a big bet here, 15 bucks ish - 8 and he may think you'll lay down if he moves in - you have to bet enough that he doesn't have any play except to basically call off his money. Worst case he has the str8 and you have a few outs to the full.

Well, if he's got the Straight, I'm probably going broke here.
I assume he's got an ace. Unless he's got two of them, you're way ahead. The set is the other possibility, but I'm gonna pay to find out. Raise, and continue raising until you have reason to believe you shouldn't.

agree with Fortune. Top 2 pair, unsuited board, I am going broke here unless the rock of gibraltor comes out re-raising me.

Thanks for comments.
"Solution":
I only feared Q J , but I thought he had paired his ace or held A Q/J/X and was going for the flush.
I pushed all in - He called and showed Q J - River didn't help...

Just set him all-in. You're going to at least bet an amount which commits you to calling any raise anyways, so you may as well force him to pay the maximum price if he is on a draw.
The fact that he had Q-J is just bad luck, but shows you that you can probably win money easily from this guy.
