They overvalue hands.

For example, I raised in late position with KJ suited and somoene reraised on top pretty big. Now, i know for a fact he raised because he actually thinks KJ is that good of a hand, not for a bluff (hes a very new player).

There are many of these players around including online on Pokerstars.
They play a wide range of hands so I am more apt to be more careful on their raises.

What to do against these fish i guess, what cards can i possibly put him on.

You just have to put him on a wide range of hands, which includes complete crap. If you feel your hand can beat alot of that wide range of hands then call or raise, if it only beats a few of them fold. It is much harder to get specific reads off fish, but you don't really need them.

I hate laying down KJ suited or even KQ against someone like that but i guess itll work out in the long run, i can get my money later from him when i have a big hand
