I consider myself a very tight player. I wait for good hands and I know I lay down some winning hands sometimes. I haven't been arond this game for long I will admit that and I know that the less said at the table the better but I just started playing Poker on Poker Stars.com and I'm playing in the real money games but I'm playing the Micro games and I'm a little behind. I would just like a few tips on how to be a little more lose and make some tough calls that could pay off in the end. Lot's of times I'll throw away hands that I see I could have had the Winning hand in. I consider myself to have the Worst Luck in the World based on the hand I was dealt in life. I feel like I was dealt 2 and 4 Off suit when the flop comes A K 10 of Diamonds. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Well, to improve your game, just read this forum (or others, like 2+2). There are a lot of advices for beginners, about hand selection, opponents reading and the adjustments you should make.
And when it will be permitted, post your problematics hands and ask for help

At 2NL, usually fist pump when they go all in while you're holding TPTK, 2 pair, overpair, or a set. Adjust your range depending on whos in the hand with you. At stars microstakes table, you can usually use the "Find a player" option to find multitablers. Most multitablers at these stakes don't hide their name from search and you can pretty much determine their style. You don't really need a HUD to beat these microstakes games.
