how!??? im so used to playing against tighties.. but now ive moved up a level and everyones pushing me off my AK TPTK and QQ overpairs etc. Any tips?

Simple, don't keep folding your TPTK and overpairs to a bit of resistance. From your stats you showed before its very obvious that you fold a LOT of winning hands.

yep, im just scared of getting commited with TPTK or Overpair. I know if its a ultra loose table i need to play tight (and vice versa) this is good cos I dont like playing loose in cash games.. i just need to lossen up a bit post flop i think.
