Post subject: how do I post my poker graph and my poker tracker stats?

I want to post my results from my Poker Tracker and my graph. But I dont know how. How does everyone post the screenshots of their PokerTracker on here. Thanx for the help.

1. Use a screen-capture program to capture the image you want (I like Screen Grab pro: http://www.traction-software.co.uk/screengrabpro/)
2. Upload the image to a hosting service (e.g. www.imageshack.us).
3. Use the "direct link" URL from imageshack in your message using the [img] tag.

For step 1 you can use the PrtScrn button on your keyboard which is usually located beside of the F12 or Scroll Lock keys. Pressing this key will copy an image of your screen to the clipboard, and from there you should paste it to mspaint or some other image editing program, trim it down to just show the stats you're wanting to post, and follow steps 2/3.
