Hand 1: Fold the flop, your 4 outs might be to a split and if he hit he probably has re-draws.

Hand 2: 25c-30c probably gets the job done. Meh.

The only reason I might call the flop in the first hand is if the villain allways c-bets, so I might take the pot away when he checks the turn.
The strengh of a hero is defined by the weakness of his villains.
