is there anyone out there who would have changed their play on certain hands if the opportunity was available?
for example i folded 2 4 o/s ( pretty much a good idea i think ) on a $0.10/0.20
flop 4 4 A ( ummmm )
turn K ( ok )
river 4 ( i wish i could have played that now )
the pot actually reached $75 as one had trip A and the other a full house K/A
oh for the ability to see the community cards first!

If i knew i was going to river quads ofcourse you want to play them, but over a long period of time your going to loss by playing rubbish hands at the stakes your at and for the reason your posting the hand.

Nothing wrong with folding a bad hand preflop. Hands that I'm on the fence about playing are the ones that bother me.
When I'm in a tourney in EP with small PP's and two maniacs behind. I want to play, but I can't raise, and I can't open limp. So I fold because I know I'll get raised and the most of the time the odds won't be there.
Another player open limps, and the maniacs suddenly decide to go passive and limp along as well, and on the flop I see I would have hit my set. That's when I start kicking myself.
But who's to say if I really would have won? I didn't see their cards, flopping oversets and straights are quite possible or maybe they had good enough odds to call my bet and draw out on me.
imo, Hindsight actually being 20/30 sounds closer to the truth.

sure, if you call with that hand 1000 times you'll get that $75 pot once and lose $250 the rest of the time

ok 2 things, first, if you had called the cards (flop, turn and river) would have been different. And second, if you called and the cards came exactly as they had, your preflop call would have technically lost you money! any questions can be asked via pm.

You mean the revolver, sir?
Precisely.
